Eric Jager's EA Wheel Cheat Sheet
Eric Jager’s EA Wheel is a simplified Enterprise Architecture adoption framework. It is an excellent alternative for small and medium organisations for which TOGAF is overkill.
While the wheel presentation model is clever, it makes the model somehow inaccessible to square people like me. Also, the deliverables involved in each step aren’t part of the model. So I’ve decided to ‘fix’ it by flattening it, and by adding examples for each deliverable.
Some deliverables are composite—they are mappings between two or more atomic items. In this case, I’ve provided a separate matrix to help understand how all of them fit together.
